Bangkok Hidden Treasures by Bicycle – Thailand

The Thai capital, known as the jewel of the country, still has many hidden treasures waiting to be discovered, especially along the Chao Phraya River and its canals. Set off on a bike tour to explore the lesser-known treasures of Bangkok in a part of the city that most tourists will never see!

Meet in the Khao San Road area at 8:30 AM for a 9:00 AM departure. Together, we will cross the Rama 8 Bridge to reach the real neighborhoods of Bangkok, where Thai people live and work, far from the usual tourist routes.

We will pedal along Bangkok Noi, a wide canal of the Chao Phraya River. You will ride amidst some of the earliest buildings in Bangkok and explore unique temples in Thonburi, as well as traditional markets with old warehouses filled with the scents of Chinese herbs and traded goods.

At the end of the route, after taking a ferry to cross the river in the opposite direction, we will pass by the Grand Palace and visit a beautiful park created for the Royal Family. We will continue through some narrow alleys, pass through a food market, and see many Buddhas and other sacred images.

It’s a fun and easy bike ride of about 15 km through the old neighborhoods of the capital, winding through narrow streets, all on flat terrain accessible to everyone! Return around 1 PM at Khao San Road.
